What
is misai kucing?
MisaiKucing or botanical name
Orthosiphonstamineus, Benth is a medicinal plant, native in the Southeast Asia,
namely, Malaysia, Indonesia, Phillipines, Brunei and Thailand and some parts of
tropical Australia. MisaiKucing began to attract researchers as early as the
beginning of the 20th century when the plant was introduced to Europe and
became a popular herbal tea known as ‘Java Tea.’
The main product of our company is called as “CANSSUFIVE”. CANSSUFIVE is an effervescence
health drink that contains 250 mg of the standardized Misai Kucing extract.
This product is specially formulated to enable rapid absorption of the
rosmarinic acid into the bloodstream. The specially formulated ingredients also
help to mask the extreme bitter taste of the herbal extract making it pleasant
to the pallet of the consumers. The propriety effervescence formula also
enables the product to be rapidly water soluble with an exquisite thick froth
formation. The froth helps to dissipate a pleasant citrus aroma of the product.
A cup of CANSSUFIVE® drink is
equivalent to 15 cups of non-standardized Java Tea. This unique beverage is
ideal for maintaining optimum health naturally.

CANSSUFIVE It is the registered brand name based on a
patented technology developed jointly by scientists trained from world renowned
academic institutions including University Sains Malaysia, Australian National
University and Oxford University. CANSSUFIVE® is prepared using precise
extraction parameters and sophisticated phytochemical techniques to further
enrich it with 5 medicinally active phyto-constituents namely rosmarinic acid,
betulinic acid, sinensitin, orthosiphol A and 3’-hydroxy-5, 6, 7, 4’-tetramethoxyflavone.
CANSSUFIVE is laboratory proven to be a potent inhibitor of angiogenesis. The scientific results on
CANSSUFIVE have been published in several peer-reviewed journals.
CANSSUFIVE is also based on the
technology platform of angiogenesis screening assays. These unique assays
screen for angiogenesis which is the process of new blood vessels formation
from pre-existing blood vessels. Angiogenesis is an essential natural process
in the body for healing and reproduction. The human body produces a precise
balance of growth and inhibitory factors in healthy tissues to control
angiogenesis. When this balance is altered, the result is either excessive or
insufficient angiogenesis. The abnormal angiogenesis is a common denominator in
many conditions including cancer, Alzheimer’s disease, diabetic blindness, wet
age related macula degeneration, obesity and rheumatoid arthritis.
